Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship within the continental United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages Queen Lily Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
